Kick start into the mornings

For us, over at the foodaholics we love a quick, super healthy start to our morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.. After all!

Try our super berry smoothie for a great kick start into your day.



  • handful of strawberries
  • handful of raspberries
  • 2 tbsp of natural yoghurt
  • handful of healthy oats
  • a drizzle of agave nectar


  • crop the top off the strawberries and cut in half.
  • Add all the ingredients into your nutribullet or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a tall glass with mint.
