- 675g Spinach
- 1 Granny smith apple, chopped
- 470ml coconut water
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana frozen
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- Put the spinach, apple and coconut water in a blender, and blitz until smooth.
- Add the avocado, frozen banana, chia seeds, agave nectar and matcha powder and blend until its smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve with a thick straw.
