The Green Goddess

This green smoothie is packed with avocado, spinach and apple. There are many benefits to green smoothies, some of these include :

Ingredients

  • 675g Spinach
  • 1 Granny smith apple, chopped
  • 470ml coconut water
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Method

  1. Put the spinach, apple and coconut water in a blender, and blitz until smooth.
  2. Add the avocado, frozen banana, chia seeds, agave nectar and matcha powder and blend until its smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve with a thick straw.
