After all the love we received from these great vegan pancakes, we knew we had to share the recipe with you. These pancakes are a great weekend treat but a little bit less guilt free from normal pancakes. We are sure whether you’re vegan or not you won’t have enough of these.
The recipe makes light, fluffy and delicious pancakes and everyone on our Instagram has been dying to have the recipe. These pancakes work equally amazing with cinnamon and chopped apples.. almost like apple pie pancakes! Also, if you’re not following us on Instagram, you should be! Makes: 9 Pancakes
Ingredients
- 150g Plain Flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 300ml Cold Water
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Method
- Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl (if you have time do this twice, it makes them super fluffy)
- In a jug whisk together the wet ingredients until it seems fluffy. Pour the wet into the dry and whisk until combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan with some extra oil and add a dollop of the mixture. It is ready to flip when there are bubbles on the surface.
